This year we honored the Stein Family of Sayville Ferry Service whose good works have never been broadcast or boasted. Quietly and with kindness they have helped countless Long Islanders in need. To have Ken and his crew on board gave us the unique opportunity to congratulate this strong and loving family for so many years of service to the community.
SPECIAL GUEST SPEAKER
Our talented and entertaining emcee Goumba Johnny and
Captain James Văn Thạch,an honored guest who spoke about the importance of artwork at the Northport Veterans Hospital and how it is an important tool that is necessary in the healing aspect of mind, body and soul for disabled Veterans.
YOUNG SPLASH STAR 2013: Cooper Knorr

Young Splash Star Cooper and his family at the podium. On the big screen we featured artist Catherine Brown splashing Give Kids The World Village, where Cooper stayed during his wish trip to Florida.
“Your work is truly beautiful and fills our home with love, laughter and hope every day! Words alone cannot express what fills our hearts each and every time our son talks about his wish trip or we see a picture of smiling faces that we took while we were in Florida. The memories were amazing! Not only did Cooper receive such a blessed gift, but our whole family did. The mural that was created for our boys to capture our wish trip is such an incredible gift. Your time to get to know our family and the love that you put into your work shines through. You are not only gifted and talented artists, but agents of change. What you give to people through your art is magical.” – The Knorr Brown Family
